Background: Cervical PAP smear examinationis an idealinvestigationfor early detection of benign and malignant conditions uterus because cervical infections are commonly encountered problems in women during their reproductive age some cases post-menopausal.Method: Out 3980 female patients aged between 21 to 80 years 3910 (98.2%) had pathological significance. were prepared by using disposable ayle’s spatula fixed 95% alcohol stained conventional techniques interpreted according guidelines 2001 Bethesda system.Results: 1800 (46%) ASCUS, 230 (5.88%) AGUS, 500 (12.7%) LSIL, 480 (12.2%) HSIL, 650 (16.6%) SCC, 200 (5.11%) positive, 50 (1.27%) adeno carcinoma studied 700 (38.8%) chronic cervicitis 112 (48.6%) 298 (59.6%) cervicitis, 98 (19.6%) Decubitis ulcer 60 (12.5%) reparative change, 120 (25%) micro INV CA, CIN observed HSIL 630 (96.9%) SSC, 20 (3.07%) adenocarcinoma SCC study studied.Conclusion: The will be a tool for screening intra epithelial lesion it is cost-effective, useful pathologist OBG Gynaecologist oncology surgeon treat such avoid morbidity mortality
